I met Wyatt in 2019. The world was amid a worldwide pandemic, and I had just replaced an executive who had been a leader at Easterseals for decades. Both of these factors led to my quick realization that a unifying and concise strategic plan was needed to keep the organization cohesive, and the way to achieve this was to have an inclusive plan that lifted the voices of all staff at Easterseals. We completed the Strategic Plan, “Seizing the Future with Intent,” and then moved to business planning. This two-phased process resulted in a more curious and engaged staff with the overall purpose of a better service for those we serve. We are a strong, proud and resilient Easterseals with a plan that keeps our feet on the ground while reaching for the highest stars. Wyatt’s effect on Easterseals will be felt for decades to come.
Easterseals of NH
Wyatt Davis’ background and knowledge were instrumental in helping us create a multi-year business plan for our Command. He did a wonderful job setting a path and keeping us on the road and out of the weeds. The Officers and staff felt included and comfortable, and Wyatt made sure that everyone’s voice was heard. I highly recommend Clarkson Davis.
My recent experience on an executive search committee resulted in an exceptionally positive outcome, and the lion share of the credit belongs to Clarkson Davis and in particular our principal consultant Wyatt Davis. Without Wyatt’s assistance we could never have identified such a high volume of candidates and then sorted through them to find the perfect fit. Professional, thorough, responsive, and serious. Don’t begin a search without them.
